Description:
City of Espoo Tilapalvelut (later the subscriber) requests offers for the total contract of the Vallipuisto kindergarten project. A more detailed description of the procurement is in the tendering documents accompanying the invitation to tender.
A two -story 6 -group kindergarten is a P2 -class wooden building mechanically Ventilated hollow slab on the bottom. Inner and outdoor staircase: load-beamed beams from steel and steps of solid wood and courtyard support with steel pillars, wooden flooring. GDP 1772 m2 and volume 6062 m³. The current kindergarten completed in 1983 will be demolished, the demolition is included in this contract.
A mandatory visit will be held on June 24, 2025 and June 26, 2025 at 1:00 pm and 1.7.2025 at 9:00. The address of the item is Ratapoelkky 1, 02600 Espoo.
The subscriber is abandoned offer if the tenderer has not visited the site during a visit organized by the customer.
