Description:
The building site is located at Kallenlinnankatu 13, 06100 Porvoo. The contract form is a total price contract in which the construction contractor works as a general contractor and as the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. The construction site is the latest of the current sides of the ball field of the ball field at the north and southern end of the ball field. The surface of the ball field is artificial turf. The surface structures of the ball field, the drying system and the lighting were renewed in 2012. There is a drainage system under the artificial turf, and there are electrical cables led to the sides and ends of the ball field. The area of the field and the area delimited from the protective networks are available to the contractor throughout the work.
