This is a post-announcement of the contracts made.Helen Oy ("subscriber" or "procurement entity") is looking for a 2-3 framework contract suppliers in this procurement to be responsible for the overall contracting of the district heating and district cooling network in the city of Helsinki, between 1.5.2024 and 30.4.2026 ("contract"). AboveIn addition to the basic contract period, the agreements made on the basis of this tendering include 3+3 year options. The contract includes new construction, repair and modernization work for the district heating and district cooling network as a total contract, except "Common municipal engineeringsites "(hereinafter" "UKT") and other similar external projects where the subscriber mainly orders pipe and specialty seaming work. The contract consists of hundreds of separate, and in different screed sections in the Helsinki area.Includes joint acquisition. The mandates of the contracts concluded on the basis of this tender are mainly related to Helen Oy's district heating and district cooling network new construction, repair and modernization work, but Helen Sahkoeverkko Oy, a subsidiary of Helen Oy, has the right to use the contractIn the case of construction projects, as applicable, its basic unit price list and/or combined with separately agreed additional units.
