- The service to be acquired is additional and continuing education in central Finland that does not lead to a degree. The goal is primarily to increase the competence of those with higher education with various innovative and new contents and with that to get experts to meet the labor needs of employers in the region. Sectionthe e-group is primarily job seekers who are unemployed, under threat of unemployment, have a higher education in various fields or have acquired similar skills through previous work experience, whose expert skills are intended to be improved and updated to meet employers' labor needs. The amount of the purchase is 2,800 student working days and it includes a 50% additional purchase option during the contract period. The procurement includes an option to possibly be put into use in 2025.
