- The goal of the procurement units is to acquire high-quality, cost-effective, and new remote electrical energy measuring devices that meet the requirements of the legislation and meet the evolving needs of the electricity market, mass installation services for measuring devices, and a reading platform that enables remote reading of measuring devices.velu as a MaaS service ("Metering as a Service").
The offered entity must cover the following deliveries in accordance with the specifications of the request for tender:
‒New remote-readable electrical energy measuring devices and related delivery logistics.
‒The mass-installations as a service.
‒Remote readings of new remote measurement devices as a service ("lecture service").
‒Data transfer services that enable the remote reading feature.
‒Support and maintenance and development services of the lecture service.
‒Delivery project related to the implementation of the lecture service and its design, projectnti, project management, task coordination and project reporting
‒Connection interfaces for integrating the customer's systems and services into the supplier's service environment.
‒Ensuring the information and cyber security of the measurement solution formed by the new remote measurement devices and the reading service.
‒Training related to the implementation of the lecture service and the installation of measuring devices and other delivery content.
