- This is a small procurement below the national threshold value. The city of Oulu is asking for your offer to organize the city of Oulu's New Year's celebration. The offer is requested for event production on a turnkey basis. The New Year's party will be organized at Rotuaari 31.12.2026 and all city residents and visitors have free access to the event. The event starts at 18:30 and ends at 20:00. The event's target group is children under 13 and their families. The event is marketed as "Children new year". Preliminary program structure:- A program number entertaining the audience arriving at the event from 6:30 p.m.- The presenter opens the event at 7:00 p.m.- Greetings from the city, 5-8 min- Program number 1- Program number 2- Final climax- The event ends at 20.00 Program numbers can be various performing arts performances, where audience participation is taken into account. At least one performer must be nationally known. In addition to the entire program, a pedestrian street can be placed in the event area sales operations in accordance with operating principles. The city of Oulu does not organize fireworks at its New Year's celebration. Rotuaar's fixed lighting is available to the producer.
