Description:
The Norwegian Education Board (including the Center for Home Languages, Kotus from 1 January 2026) and its subordinate unit National Education Evaluation Center, Karvi (hereafter the Customer) are requesting your offer for the communication and marketing services of this request for tender and its according to the appendices. The object of the procurement is a newsletter service, which will be available to the Customer tailored to their needs and in accordance with the technical requirements described in appendix 2 "Technical requirements". The units are purchased separately as service packages, of which service package 1 meets the needs of the Board of Education (including Kotus from 1 January 2026) and service package 2 meets the needs of the National Education Evaluation Center. The contents of the service packages are described in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the object of acquisition". The Board of Education and the National Education Evaluation Center manage their newsletter services independently. This request for tender is based on Hansel Oy's Communication and Marketing Services 2020-2026 (DPS) dynamic procurement system (hereinafter "DPS"). The customer selects a supplier based on the internal competition of the dynamic procurement system and enters into a procurement contract with the winning bidder. The procurement contract model is attached to the request for tender 8. The goal is for the contract to start 20.11.2025.
