Description:
The contract includes the construction of Nihdi Part 4 - contract construction work to the extent indicated by the contract documents. The construction project includes I am building the streets, beach structures, beach areas, quarry filling and municipal engineering. This is an old port areaConstruction as a residential area. The developer is the General Areas of the City of Helsinki Urban Environment, which also serves as a subscriber according to YSE 98. The work under the contract documents must be ready and received and the inspections required by authorities and inspection institutionsapproved on June 30, 2028. The contract is the overall contract in which the contractor selected for the work is the main contractor for the main contractor within the meaning of YSE and Finnish legislation. The contractor is responsible for the site management responsibilities and site services. The YKT Parties are on March 7, 2017The "joint municipal engineering site" under the name of a collaborative agreement in which the City of Helsinki is named "main subscriber" and other agreements as "subscribers". In this agreement, the UK Parties include: agreed on the designation of a joint VNA 205/2009. YKT siteThe "subscribers" will transfer to the main contractor all the responsibilities of the main contractor mentioned in the commercial documents of this contract.
