Description:
The object of the procurement is consulting services related to the procurement of the Nissniku school life cycle project, i.e. expert services.
Nissniku school is implemented as a life-cycle project, where a consultant is selected for the procurement phase of the life-cycle project in this competition. Selected consultant and procurement unit kilpamakes life-cycle procurement more enjoyable with a competitive negotiation procedure, where the main responsibility for the success of the procurement rests with the consultant.
In this procurement, life cycle project means a project where the service provider is responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the project during the service period.
