• Description:
• The North Karelia procurement agency requests to submit an offer for the design and construction of the new kindergarten in Noljaka in accordance with the contract calculation documents. 80140 JOENSU. The street address number of the object will be determined in connection with the creation of the plot during the spring of 2026. The building must be so-called made on the spot and founded on a ground slab. The realization of a daycare center with prefabricated space elements is not allowed and if such offers are received, they will be rejected as contrary to the terms of the request for offers. Prefabricated building parts, e.g. wall elements, are allowed. The contractor should familiarize himself with the construction site before submitting an offer. Planning can begin, when the contract is signed. The developer aims to make a decision on the selection of a contractor no later than mid-April 2026. According to the developer's proposal, work should start no later than August 2026. The site must be ready and received by 30/11/2027. The construction time is considered to include a reasonable amount of additional and modification work. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The task must be completed by the European Union directly binding regulations, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. in terms of structure, equipment, work and fire safety, and electrical safety.
