- Description:
- The procurement unit (hereinafter referred to as "HUS Group") requests your offer for non-woven fabric and cotton gauze folds as well as cords in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. This is a procurement in which the previous procurement (HUS 285-2024 Non-woven fabric and cotton gauze folds and heart rates (HUS 751-2023 Wound care products DPS internal bidding part 3) suspended sub-areas. The procurement is divided into sub-areas so that each individual product is its own sub-area. The tenderer can submit an offer in one or more sub-areas. The content of the sub-areas with minimum requirements is described in more detail in the preliminary list of bids in appendix 2 of the request for bids. One (1) Supplier is selected for each sub-area. The supplier will be selected as the supplier whose offer is the most economically advantageous based on the dynamic bidding process. Overall economic advantage the basis is the best price-quality ratio, in which case the price and quality points are added together. The procurement consists of two phases: Preliminary bidding round (phase 1) and dynamic bidding (phase 2). The actual dynamic bidding process will not be organized if in step 1 only 1 preliminary offer. The phasing of the dynamic bidding process is described in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the dynamic bidding process".
