Description:
This is a notification of a future acquisition. This is not an actual procurement notice or a request for tenders, and this does not initiate the procurement procedure. The announcement concerns the planned joint procurement of medical equipment by the welfare regions of Eastern Uusimaa, Central Uusimaa and Western Uusimaa and Vantaa-Kerava of the overall service. An information event about the procurement has already been held before, where the planned content of the procurement was explained.
However, the content has changed significantly from what was previously announced, so the procurement units want to widely inform everyone about their new plans.
This notice has the purpose is to survey potential players operating in the market and ask them for comments on the prepared procurement material drafts.
There is a need acquire all activities related to the lifecycle management of medical devices such as: acquisition (survey of current devices)
reception checks and registrations periodic maintenance
bug fixes and removals device registry
The procurement materials will be sent to all interested parties. Interest to comment on the materials, please send an email to lisa.alho@keusote.fi by November 27, 2025. Comments on the materials are requested to be sent to the same address by 1 December 2025.
