• Description:
• The municipality of Nousiainen is requesting offers for construction technical consulting services for buildings and for developer and supervision tasks. The framework arrangement is divided into sub-areas as follows: 1. General consultant, house construction 2. Builder consultant, building construction 3. Supervisor of construction works, building construction 4. Building technology supervisor 5. Architectural design/main designer 6. Structural design 7. HVAC design 8. Electrical design 9. Automation design 10. Builder consultant, infrastructure construction 11. Construction work supervisor, infrastructure construction Three suppliers are selected for each part of the procurement. The duration of the contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes the possibility of two (2) one (1) year options. The framework arrangement can therefore be valid at most four years (2+1+1). The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender request and its attachments. The general consultant (area 1) independently manages the design, construction and supervision tasks related to small-scale assignments. General consultant assignments are works that do not require a building permit. Assignments can be, for example, painting tin roofs or facades. The construction consultant (section 2) includes HJR18 of the project management and construction task list tasks according to (RT 10-11284) in a scope to be agreed separately at each time (the widest possible list of tasks, if not agreed otherwise).
