• North Karelia's procurement agency is requesting your bid for the City of Joensuu's urban construction services commission in accordance with this call for tenders and its attachments for the street construction contract for the construction site mentioned below. The construction site is the City of Joensuu Infrastructure networks and green areas are located in the Mutala district. The construction project is called "Nuohoojankatu, Tyllinkatu and Kurpankatu". The project is divided into the following projects:- Nuohoojankatu between Työmiehenkatu - Metsästäjänkatu, project number 3112- Tyllinkatu and Kurpankatu, project number 2965 The project includes the renewal of the entire street cross-section in Nuohoojankatu, Tyllinkatu and Kurpankatu. Construction phase I / year 2026 Construction measures are shown in the contract boundary map and in more detail in other in the areas and extent prohibited in the tender documents. The work will be completed with the exception of finishing works. Construction phase II / year 2027 Finishing works will be carried out in construction phase II. The offer is requested as a total price contract.
