Description:
This is a notification of the suspension of the procurement procedure, where the acquisition focused on Hansel Oy's kindergarten and school furniture in 2021-2025 (2027) (DPS) (DPS) Dynamic procurement system for seven brothers school furniture. This is a public procurement exceeding the EU threshold, to which The law shall apply to public procurement and access agreements (1397/2016, hereinafter referred to as "Procurement Act"). The procurement procedure is the internal tendering of the dynamic procurement system in accordance with Article 52 of the Procurement Act. According to Article 125 of the Procurement Act 1397/2016, the procurement procedure can only be suspended for real and justified reasons. The decision to suspend the procurement procedure shall be governed by the procurement decision of 123 §:in.
