- TARGET OF DPS
The target of this dynamic procurement system (DPS) is the delivery of kindergarten and school furniture and related services to Hansel Oy's customers. The object of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments.
DPS DURATION
DPS duration is 11.11.2021-14.12.2025.
DThe acquisition phase of PS starts after the establishment phase on 15 December 2021. The procurement phase of the DPS ends when the DPS expires on 14 December 2025.
Hansel has the right to suspend the dynamic procurement system during its validity. During the duration of DPS, all interested candidates can applyapplication to the dynamic procurement system. The DPS is valid until 14 December 2025, unless Hansel interrupts it while the DPS is valid.
DPS'S INTERNAL COMPETITIONS
Hansel Oy's customers make purchases among the candidates approved for the dynamic procurement system in DPS's internal competitionson the seas. Internal tenders can be held after the procurement phase of DPS has started. Procurement contracts must be concluded before the end of the dynamic procurement system. Procurement agreements can be valid until 14 December 2027 at the most.
Procurements (orders) based on the procurement agreement must be made before htermination of the lease agreement. Deliveries based on orders must be delivered no later than six (6) months after the end of the procurement contract.
