- The object of procurement is the mineral soil material needed by HSY for mixing compost soil in the period 1 March 2026 - 27 February 2028 for the Metsapirti composting area in Kulloseen, Kilpilahdentie 241, 06850 Kulloo. The estimated total annual consumption is approximately 50,000 tons, i.e. approximately 100,000 tons during the two-year contract period. The customer's internal utilization of materials can significantly reduce the estimated amount. The quantity to be procured is also affected by the market situation and sales of soil products. The procurement is described in more detail in appendix 1 Quality requirements and appendix 2 Country analysis. Deliveries are scheduled during the thaw, typically April - October. Depending on the demand for screening tiles and mulch products, deliveries may be needed until December. The consumption of mineral soil during screening periods can be 600 t/working day, and there must be enough transport capacity to deliver it. take place in partial deliveries in accordance with the delivery instructions given by the customer's management.
