Description:
The procurement units requested an offer for occupational health care services in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices. The minimum requirements for the services to be procured were described in Appendix 1 "Occupational health service conditions" and Appendix 2 "Customer procurement object and minimum requirements". Art Promotion Center (Taike) and National Audiovisual Institute (Kavi). The procurement contract will be used by the Art and Culture Agency (3534627-1), to which Taike and Kavi's tasks will be transferred. The aim is that the Arts Promotion Center and the National Audiovisual Institute the duties will be transferred to the newly established Agency for Arts and Culture from 1 January 2026. Customers transfer the procurement contract to the Agency for Arts and Culture (3534627-1), in accordance with section 12 of the procurement contract. The terms of Appendix 1 "Occupational Health Service Terms" apply to the transfer of the contract. Contract period and service users' right to use occupational health services in accordance with this agreement begins on January 1, 2026. The service production contract period is a maximum of 3 years. The contract period ends on December 31, 2028. The customer also has the right to extend the procurement contract with an option period of a maximum of three (3) years (option).
