Description:
The object of the acquisition is occupational health care services for Sakupe Oy. Occupational health care includes both statutory occupational health care (Kela I and Kela II) as well as customized medical services with an emphasis on occupational health care, which are agreed upon in more detail between the Client and In the action plan drawn up between the tenderers. The subscriber determines the scope of the medical care services to be purchased. As support services that support the employee's work ability, the Provider has the opportunity to produce general practitioner-level laboratory and imaging studies and certain limited specialist consultations. The more detailed content of the service is described in appendix 1 Service description. The aim of the procurement is especially to reduce health and safety risks caused by work, to improve occupational well-being and promoting productivity and high-quality occupational health-focused medical care to support employees' ability to work and function as well as to manage sickness absences. Sakupe's number of employees at the time of tendering is 335 and is distributed as follows by locality: Jyväskylä 90 employees Joensuu 80 employees Siilinjärvi 165 employees. The contract period starts on January 1, 2026 and continues for a limited period of two (2) years from the start of the contract period. The subscriber also has the right to use options, if any the introduction will be announced six (6) months before the end of the fixed-term contract period. The options are one (1) + one (1) year.
