- The Association of Southwest Finland ("Subscriber") requests your tender for your tender in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. Pursuant to Article 4 of the Occupational Health Care Act (1383/2001), the acquisition is subject to the acquisition of occupational health services for the client's own staff. The Southwest Finland Association employs about 80 employees. The Association of Southwest Finland is a statutory municipal association and an expert organization, which is responsible for the development, planning and lobbying of the province. The service is valid for three (3) years from the start of service production. The service agreement will then continue to be valid indefinitely, unless the contract has been terminated in accordance with the notice period.
