• Description:
• The contract includes the works of construction of Valtemerilaituri phase 1 in the scope indicated in the contract documents. The contract includes e.g. beach structure repair work, construction of a shore wall structure to be drilled with piles, pile slabs to be driven with piles, underwater excavation work and the construction of erosion protection, the construction of YKT pipes and KYMP water mains, as well as temporary surface structures with the boundaries shown in the contract boundary drawings. which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98. The works in accordance with the contract documents must be completed and received, and the inspections required by the authorities and inspecting institutions must be approved by 15 November 2027. The form of the contract is a complete contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main implementer in the position of the main contractor as intended by YSE and Finnish legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management duties and site services. On 7 March 2017, the YKT parties signed a "joint municipal engineering site" as the cooperation agreement, in which the city of Helsinki is designated as the "main customer" and the other parties to the agreement as "customers". In this agreement, the YKT parties have, among other things, agreed on a joint safety coordinator in accordance with VNa 205/2009 naming. From the "customers" of the YKT site, all the obligations of the main contractor mentioned in the commercial documents of this contract are transferred to the main contractor.
