• Description:
• Office and customer service premises of the Mäntyharju Municipal Office to the premises of the old bank. The address is Pentinpolku 1, 52700 Mäntyharju. The contract form is a shared contract. The construction contractor (RU) acts as the main contractor of the project and as intended by the legislation as the main implementer. Plumbing and ventilation works (HVI) and electrical works (SU) are executed as side contracts subordinated to the main contractor (RU). Building automation (RAU), KV, and locking contracts (LU) are carried out as separate procurements by the customer and are subordinated to the main contract. The contracts include all work and acquisitions to bring the project to a fully ready-to-use condition in accordance with the plans, as approved by the authorities and the developer. The different contract calculation documents complement each other and thus the contractor must take taken into account in various documents the works and obligations mentioned as part of the contract. The contractor must be responsible for ensuring that the work steps that are necessary to achieve the guarantee or a decent work result are part of the contract, even if they are not in the documents specifically mentioned. As the construction work progresses, if necessary, more detailed drawings etc. will be delivered to the contractor. Such supplementary plans do not cause a change in the contract amount, unless they conflict with contract documents. Contractors must also take into account the work included in different contracts in the work explanations/drawings of the different plan documents.
