Description:
The procurement unit requests your offer for office and school supplies in accordance with the tender documents.
The procurement is divided into two (2) parts:
1. Office supplies, calendars and storage media, ink cartridges, copy and print paper, filling/shelving service
2. School supplies, pspecial order period orders, filling/shelving service
The competition is carried out using an accelerated open procedure, based on which one (1) contract supplier is selected for sub-set 1. and for sub-set 2. a maximum of two (2) contract suppliers with the most points. The same provider can be selectedinto several sub-assemblies.
The procurement contract starts at the earliest when the procurement decision becomes law.
The contract period is four (4) years.
Questions regarding the tender must be submitted in accordance with the tender documents in the Tender Service portal by 12:00 on December 20, 2022.
