Description:
The University of Helsinki is competing for an office furniture framework arrangement. The acquisition focuses on the furniture for public space and their acquisition services. The selection is based on overall economic affordability. Based on the total points, the four (4) most points for the most points are selected as the framework suppliers. Product baskets (electrical tables, office chairs, laboratory work chairs, walls) are selected on the basis of total product basket -specific points. Office furniture product baskets are tendered annually with lightening tendering. Submitting two parallel offers is allowed (a new offer can be made as a copy based on an earlier offer). The tenderer must be prepared to submit the templates for the furniture to be assessed within two weeks of the end of the tender. A separate request will be sent to approved tenderers by email. The models are evaluated in a group consisting of interior design experts. The model furniture to be delivered is indicated in Annex 1 - Assessment of Model Furniture.
