Description:
The HUS Group requests offers for office furniture. The procurement includes purchases (= office furniture) to be carried out during the procurement period, as well as soundproofed work and retreat facilities. In addition, the site includes furniture planning and other defined in the procurement documents services. In addition, during the contract period, products belonging to the product groups subject to the contract, which are not identified in the product, may also be acquired during the contract period.
The acquisition does not include fixed furniture, presentation furniture and tables, AV furniture, Hospital patient/house furniture, home furniture, large kitchen furniture, and not sports facilities.
The purpose of the tender is to fill the subscriber users The overall need so that the contract partners have the most suitable furniture for each site. The need for the site is determined, for example, whether it is a refurbishment, new construction or supplementation.
