Description:
The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration is requesting offers for the purchase of office, school and craft supplies and yarn for the period 01.02.2026-31.01.2030, after which the contract can be extended by the Customer's decision under the original conditions for the period 01.02.2030-31.01.2032 for one two-year period during the option period.
The procurement is divided into sub-assemblies as follows:
1. Office supplies (Turku 300,000 and others in total €300,000)
2. School supplies (Turku 300,000 and others in total €520,000)
3. Craft supplies (Turku €200,000 and others €300,000 in total)
4. Threads (Turku €14,000 and others in total €33,000)
5. Brick-and-mortar shops for threads and craft supplies (includes Turku only)
One service provider will be selected for each sub-entity, except for sub-area 5, a framework arrangement will be formed, for which a maximum of six (6) suppliers will be selected.
