Description:
The HUS municipal association is requesting offers for office supplies and copy and printing papers. It is a joint procurement, the parties of which are described below in this call for tenders. The parties involved in this call for tenders will be referred to below as the abbreviation "Client".
The purchase includes seuraw product groups:
1 Stickers and paper products
2 Folders, folder accessories and filing
3 Workstation accessories
4 Staplers, staples, punches and tapes
5 Mailing and packaging accessories
6 Whiteboard accessories
7 Pens and writing accessories
8 Batteries
9 IT accessories, ergonomics and small appliances
10 Calendarit
11 Crafts
12 Skin markings
13 Dictation machine accessories
14 Copy and printing papers
The contract period is three years long, after which the contract is valid indefinitely. It is possible to check the prices according to the actual cost change for the first time on October 1, 2023 and thereafteronce per calendar year (2024, 2025 and 2026). The contract period is planned to start on April 24, 2023
JOINT PROCUREMENT INFORMATION
This is a joint procurement of several procurement units. The products requested in this request for tender will be used by: Helsinki and Uusimaa hospital district municipal corporation onekoet, Kymsote (Kymenlaakso's municipal association of social and health services), Espoo hospital and the city of Helsinki (Social and health services).
