Description:
The welfare area of Etela-Savo, Eloisa, requests offers for office supplies in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. The delivery destinations are the offices of the Etela-Savo welfare area. The offices are located in Hirvensalmi, Juva, Kangasniemi, Mikkeli, Mantyharju, Puumala, In Savonlinna, Sulkava, Enonkoski, Rantasalmi and Pieksamaki.
Mikkeli Central Hospital and Savonlinna Hospital have office supply cabinets/rooms with a certain basic selection of the most commonly used office supplies. The supplier fills the contents of the office supply cabinets/room once a month. The product range is changed as needed. The number of shelving spaces is approximately 3-4 in Mikkeli and 1 in Savonlinna. The number of shelving spaces can be planned in cooperation with the supplier. Products are not ordered in the refill service but the supplier replenishes the stock.
The customer has designated persons who have the right to order products from the supplier's online store. Supplier
establish and maintain user IDs for the subscriber. Products that are not in the office supply cabinet are ordered through the online store.
Online shopping the content is agreed separately between the supplier and the subscriber. The product selection can be changed if necessary
by. All units order products through the online store. Online store orders are delivered every two weeks, which means the supplier can put together two weeks' worth of orders ...
