Description:
The construction work includes the construction of the Ojapuisto sports park and the adjacent pedestrian and bicycle path in accordance with the tender documents, with all works and procurements fully completed. The contract includes, among other things, the Ojapuisto sports park and pedestrian and bicycle lane construction works to the extent indicated in the contract documents. The construction of the sports park includes e.g. artificial grass fenced soccer field, multi-purpose field, outdoor gym, long jump and shot put, three 60 meter running line, storm water pressure, and the construction of the parking area and wooden pile reinforcement for the shot put place. In addition, new tracks and municipal technology will be built in the sports park, and new furniture and equipment will be installed.Ojapuisto the pedestrian and bicycle path will be rebuilt between Naulakalliontie 17 - Länsimäentien jkp. The work area also includes work on intersecting and connecting roads to the extent required to connect the structures. The contract includes e.g. wooden pile reinforcement as well construction of new municipal technology. The developer is the Public Areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98. Intermediate goals 1. The soccer field must be ready for the coating to be installed 14.8.20262. The pedestrian and bicycle path must be ready and open to traffic on 24 July 2026.
