The Finnish Museum Agency / National Museum of Finland is organizing a market survey phase regarding Olavinlinna's restaurant operations, which includes Olavinlinna's restaurant operations, i.e. restaurant, cafe and catering services (RKC services). The aim is to tender Olavinlinna's restaurant operations after the market survey. The new contract period begins on August 1, 2027. RKC services are seen as an essential part of Olavinlinna's service package, but also as an independently interesting part Olavinlinna's operations and the future service provider of restaurant operations have the opportunity to participate and influence the development of these services and concepts. As part of the market survey, a market dialogue is organized, in which those interested in purchasing bidders are asked to register primarily by e-mail to consultant Eeva-Maija Heikkinen eeva-maija.heikkinen@plato.fi. One (1) hour discussion time will be reserved for each registered bidder.
