- This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information as part of a detailed market survey for potential bidders. The issues presented in this request for information are preliminary drafts, and they do not bind the procurement unit to implement procurement in the manner presented in the plans. The Museum Agency / National Museum of Finland organizes a market survey phase regarding Olavinlinna's restaurant operations, which includes Olavinlinna's restaurant operations, i.e. restaurant, cafe and meeting and party services (later restaurant services). The aim is to tender Olavinlinna's restaurant services after the market survey. The new contract period begins on January 1, 2027. Restaurant services are seen as an integral part of Olavinlinna's service package, but also independently as an interesting part of Olavinlinna's operations and the future supplier of restaurant services has the opportunity to participate and influence the development of these services and concepts. 26 May 2026 and Wednesday 27 May 2026. When registering, you must state the names of the participants in the target visit. Castle premises are partly a construction site during the familiarization visit, so we have to apply for personal travel permits for the participants in advance.
