- Olympic Stadium ticket sales service The Stadium Foundation requests applications to participate in the procurement procedure, the aim of which is to select a producer of the Olympic Stadium's ticket sales services and closely related complementary services. The service covers Ticket sales for events organized at the Olympic Stadium, Stadium tower visits and Stadium tours, as well as ticket sales for joint tickets at the Sports Museum, as well as any other separately agreed ticket sales services. It is estimated to be at the Olympic Stadium about a million visitors annually, of which about 0.5 million are so-called ticketed visitor. The provider must have the necessary technical resources, capacity and systems to sell tickets for major events efficiently even when demand is very high (up to 55,000 tickets will be sold in the first hour from the time the tickets go on sale). The length of the contract period is five years (basic contract period). The possible extension of the contract after the basic contract period is being negotiated (see Description of additional procurement opportunities). The services covered by the license agreement and their requirements are described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments.
