• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is an online course aimed at health and social care professionals working in the welfare region of Central Uusimaa, the aim of which is to strengthen skills in professional competence tests and workplace competency tests in receiving and evaluating. As part of the procurement, in addition to the online course, the supplier must produce a ready-made evaluator's checklist, which is structured in the order of the evaluation process, linguistically comprehensible, and each point contains a measure to be reviewed or implemented that directs the evaluator to concrete action. The goal of the training is to ensure that the person acting as screen recipient understands their own role and responsibility in the evaluation process and is able to implement it assessment in a uniform and criteria-based manner. The training emphasizes the objectivity, thoroughness and documentability of the assessment, as well as the importance of patient and customer safety. Special attention is paid to unwarranted condescension assessment risks and the safety and quality risks that may arise from them. The training must deal with the legislation guiding the assessment, official instructions and employer-specific instructions at a general level and offer a practical perspective on receiving screens in a real working environment.
