- The object of the procurement is an online learning environment as a cloud service (SaaS, software as a service).
The aim is to acquire an online learning environment for use by the Norwegian Railways Agency via a browser, with the help of which users can complete trainings that are part of the Norwegian Railways Agency's operations. Purchasable online learning, etcthe organization must provide a platform for the implementation of the training, but the content of the training comes from the Finnish Railways Agency or another entity named by the customer. The acquired entity includes vconfiguration of the almis system to suit the needs of the Finnish Railways Agency, implementation and support and maintenance service during the contract period.
