- The City of Lappeenranta (Client, procurement unit) requests offers in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. The subject of the procurement is Workforce Training in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Act on the Organization of Labor Services (380/2023). The subject of the procurement is Online Finnish language training aimed at customers of the South Karelia employment area, which strengthens the participants' readiness to find employment or move on to further studies. The training is implemented as online training, and it includes on-the-job learning. PROCUREMENT The service to be procured is CPV code 80400000-8 (Adult education services and other training services) according to the service. Since the anticipated value of the service to be procured does not exceed the threshold value for procurements in Annex E according to § 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (Procurement Act 1397/2016), for this procurement the Procurement Act shall be applied to the extent applicable. In addition, the procurement follows the rules and instructions stated in the Other information section of the request for tenders and in the framework contract draft attached to the request for tenders (Appendix 2). using an open procedure. In accordance with the selection criteria presented in the request for tenders, one (1) supplier with the overall economic advantage will be selected for the framework arrangement.
