Description:
The pilots obtained by this invitation to tender are part of the Erkki - energy efficiency optimization -challenging public cultural and leisure projects. The Erkki project aims to co -develops the efficiency of challenging public real estate energy efficiency and, consequentlyCorporate business opportunities for solutions. The project is forum Virium Helsinki Oy and Green Net Finland ry, a partial funded by the European Union (ERDF). Helsinki City Experimentation, Testbed Helsinki, supports and finances the pilot program.
In the spring of 2025The Erkki project will launch the pilot program. The aim of the program is productive knowledge and practical experiences in promoting energy efficiency in challenging properties. In challenging properties, the project refers to real estate, for example, cultural and historicalvalue (including protection regulations), building technology from decades of decades, diverse and varying use, and for which market solutions are not currently suitable as such. The pilot program supports the development of energy efficiency solutions to these real estate and providesOpportunity for testing solutions in a genuine urban environment. The pilot program cooperates with the stakeholders in Helsinki, especially the culture of the City of Helsinki and the leisure activities, which are managed by the properties of the program as pilot sites.
