• YOU CAN STILL HAVE AN INFLUENCE DURING THE MARKET SURVEY PHASE! We want the city of Turku to make quality purchases and cooperate with companies. That's why we want to do a market survey before publishing the actual procurement announcement. The goal is to tell about the future tender, survey the market of the procurement target and get comprehensive information about the availability of the service, implementation possibilities and potential suppliers. We will also ask suppliers participating in the market dialogue comments on the minimum requirements for procurement documents regarding the qualification requirements of the supplier and the persons producing the service (e.g. work experience, education) and the requirements set for the service. The goal is to map the acquisition target market and get comprehensive information about availability, implementation possibilities and potential service providers. This is an invitation to a market dialogue concerning the spatial services of the City of Turku's Urban construction and facilities service package planned tender for operation monitoring, emergency service, maintenance and repair work for ice rinks, outdoor ice rinks and rinks, whose estimated contract period starts on October 1, 2026 (target). The contract period is planned to be two (2) years + two (2) one (1) year option.
