Description:
The North Karelia procurement agency requests to submit an offer for the ERP system set for the contract period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2029 + the option to continue until further notice.
If the subscriber terminates the contract no later than twelve (12) months before the end of the contract period, the contract ends on 31 December 2029. If the contract is not terminated at the end of the contract period, the contract continues indefinitely with a notice period of six (6) months.
The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish.
The service will come fulfills the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities.
