- The South Savo ELY Center provides a service aimed at creating an operating model that allows the municipalities of Etelä-Savo to apply for new use for their underlying public building stocks and to change their buildings to new and old in a financial, technically and architecturally sustainable manner. Three (3) different building sites have been selected for the project, on the basis of which the operating model will be processed.
