Description:
The Kainuu welfare area requests offers for ophthalmology specialist services for the ophthalmology outpatient clinic of the Kainuu Central Hospital with framework arrangements for the contract period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025. The subscriber reserves the option for the year 2026.there are approximately 1,400 patients.
The service to be procured includes the daily work input of 2-4 ophthalmology specialists for the eye clinic and cataract surgeries.
On a clinic day, there are approximately 16 patients and approximately 4 emergency patients.
The clinic also performs minor procedures under local anesthesia. Thatprocedures are 9-12 patients/day, of which 1-3 are procedure evaluations.
About 500 cataract operations are performed annually in the eye surgery theater.
The customer arranges the equipment and other personnel.
All service providers who have submitted an approved offer are selected for the framework arrangement. Framework agreementmppans are placed in order of priority according to the overall financial affordability.
The customer chooses the most economical service provider for each sub-area.
