Description:
The Procurement Services of the City of Turku's corporate administration will tender for the contract for the children's and young people's service package for the janitor services of Turku's vocational education for the period 1 March 2026 (target) - 31 July 2028. The target of the procurement is janitorial services for Turku Vocational Institute (TAI) school buildings. The janitors' service hours vary by school building, example: on weekdays from 07:45 to 15:45. Bids are requested for the services of school house janitors. Some school buildings have janitors operate half-day. The janitor's versatile job description emphasizes high-quality and customer-oriented service, quick reaction to unexpected situations, and flexibility in changing situations. The task of the janitor service is to ensure that at school transactions and operations are as smooth as possible, both in terms of the use of facilities and services. The janitor's duties vary from school building to school building. Tasks include, for example, organization services for various school events, general supervision, arrivals reception of the goods, deliveries by the customer's car during the day, equipment transfers and assisting staff and property maintenance. One (1) supplier will be selected to provide janitorial services for the school buildings of the Turku Vocational Institute (TAI). Request for tender will be published in January 2026
