- The object of procurement is an oral health care patient information system suitable for the use of wellness areas that are customers of the procurement unit, which will be integrated into the systems of the Esko ecosystem and other necessary systems. The object of the acquisition is the oral health care patient information system, whicha The procurement unit can offer it for use by its current and future owners.
The procurement unit's goal is to acquire a system that meets national requirements that supports the development of the oral healthcare services and operations of the welfare areas that are customers, and which will be integrated into Esko as possiblemma seamlessly and which supports the work of Suu's healthcare professionals in both primary healthcare and specialized nursing. One of the central criteria for the acquisition is that Esko's partitions are used in as many functions as possible, and with regard to the acquired system, onlythe core functions of recording oral health care.
The acquisition includes the oral health care patient information system and related services:
• Support and maintenance service
• Implementation project
• Further development
The systems are implemented with an on-premise model by welfare areaof the ICT service production shown by ue. The procurement unit's needs and goals related to procurement are described in appendix 1 Procurement object and appendix 3 Requirements. The presented requirements describe the Purchasing Unit's view of how its needs and goals can be achieved.
