- Tuomi Logistiikka Oy provides its owners (contractors) with various passenger transport services, such as transportation in accordance with the Disability Services Act and the Social Care Act, as well as patient transport. There are currently no ambulances under the control of the subscriber patient transports to be carried out. At the moment, the Customer provides transportation in the welfare regions of Pirkanmaa and South Ostrobothnia. The object of the procurement is an ordering and forwarding service that supports the customer's transportation control center. The selected supplier is responsible on the ordering and brokerage of transport services and related duties: - Outside the subscriber's own opening hours, - In traffic control center congestion situations, where the call waiting time exceeds the limit value specified by the subscriber - During events and meetings of the personnel of the transport control center, such as during training sessions. - In the event of service disruptions, when the transport control center is unable to produce the service as part of its own operations or wholly. The supplier receives orders and other service-related contacts mainly by telephone, but also through other order channels. The supplier forwards routes to the transport operators specified by the customer, combines orders, and takes care of organizing high-quality customer service and customer advice.
