Description:
The City of Espoo (later also the subscriber) requests offers for organizing outdoor advertising in the public areas of the City of Espoo.
In purchasing the operator receives exclusive rights (See the agreement paragraph 5) to implement outdoor advertising at the locations of the public areas of public areas of the City of Espoo, including in new locations that may have been approved during the contract period during the contract period.
A more detailed description of the content of the acquisition is a call for tenders in Annex 1. "Description of the item".
The acquisition is divided into two areas:
A) LCD Statement Banks
B) LEDs
The tenderer may submit the offer to one or both areas.
The City of Espoo will select one operator and one to each area based on tendering Editor.
The agreement will enter into force when the parties have signed it and the contract period is ten (10) years from the entry into force of the contract.
An individualized objective method for calculating the anticipated value of procurement: Annual Media Sales Benefit from Operator (€, VAT 0 %) multiplied by the number of years of contract (10 years).
