• The City of Tampere (later also the Client) requests bids for the organization of outdoor advertising in public areas of the City of Tampere. It is about the public areas under the control of the city of Tampere, which will be implemented with a right-of-use and investment agreement organizing outdoor advertising. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in the attachments of the request for tender. The service to be implemented as the object of procurement includes: 1. The city of Tampere hands over the placement locations for advertising equipment defined in the city's public areas usage and placement right for Suppliers selected for advertising use. 2. The supplier hands over advertising time to the city of Tampere. 3. In return, the city of Tampere receives the Rent and a share of the advertising revenue. Procurement is divided into two areas: LCD street billboards and LED billboards. The bidder can submit a bid in one or both areas.
