• The City of Tampere (later also the Client) requests bids for the organization of outdoor advertising in public areas of the City of Tampere.

  The service to be implemented as the object of acquisition includes:
  1. The city of Tampere hands over the right to use and place advertising devices defined in the public areas of the city to the person selected for advertising use To the editor.
