Description:
1. Description of the procurement Mikkeli's development company Miksei Oy is organizing a one-day seminar event in September 2026 and a suitable producer is being sought for the event. Mikkelin Mikaeli has been booked for the event on September 9, 2026 between 8:00 and 18:00.2. Content to choose from the producer takes overall responsibility for event production in accordance with the development company's instructions. The development company acts in this competition as the orderer of the event and as a strategic partner. at least 120 participants arrive at the event (verified on the name list), so the producer will be paid 2000 eur as an additional reward for success. Based on the market dialogues, the workload of the responsible producer is estimated at approx. 150h. The compensation includes everything possible costs of the bidder. In addition to space rent and the corresponding producer's fee, 15,000 eur has been allocated to the event budget, which covers possible speaker fees, presenter compensation, event work group fees, food for event guests, measures related to marketing/communication and other event expenses (no travel expenses except for speakers). In this tender, a preliminary plan is requested for the use of the reserved 15,000 eur event budget in order to achieve the goals of the event in the best possible way.
