- 1. Procurement description The city of Kerava is requesting a bid for organizing a summer camp for Ukrainian children and youth. The goal of the camp is to offer Ukrainian children and youth the opportunity to break away from a psychologically stressful situation. Bridge we also enable them to have positive experiences and the company of their peers in a safe environment. This is how we show support for Ukraine during the war, and strengthen the twin-city relationship between Kerava and Bucha. The camp will be organized in Kesärinne in the camp center at Turaniementie 27, 04370 Tuusula. The time of the camp is Monday-Sunday 24.8.-30.8.2026. The Ukrainian persons participating in the camp consist of sixteen (16) young people (aged 12-17) and three (3) adults (English teacher, healthcare professional and one camp person). It is possible that 1-3 city employees from the city of Kerava participate in organizing the camp part-time. Manpower and time required from the service provider for organizing the camp activities:- 12 designated employees for the entire duration of the camp- The employees must be of legal age, and they must have previous camp experience working with young people over 10 years old- The employees must be fluent in English skilled - Employees must all have mandatory safety training (fire safety, first aid and water rescue) The minimum shifts of the employees are estimated to be as follows (the whole is still being checked by the service...
