• Direction 1 Pennala Direction 2 Know The city of Orimattila is requesting offers for school transportation for grades 1-9 in pre-school and basic education in the city of Orimattila regarding two (2) routes. More detailed information about the routes is given in the appendix to the request for tenders 1. The tender concerns the handling of school transport on the basis of a personal transport permit or a taxi permit on school days. Procurement is divided into two sub-areas (routes): - Direction 1 Pennala (section 1) - Direction 2 Tietävälä (section 2) The offeror can offer only to one or both areas. The procurement concerns school transportation, which cannot be arranged with open public transport bus routes. The need for transportation can vary during the same day (the student uses the bus for the morning trip to school, but not for the afternoon in return transports) and on different days of the week. The tender applies to the academic year 2026-2027. The customer's goal is that the start date of the contract is 1 August 2026 and the first day of operation of school transport is 12 August 2026. At the discretion of the customer, the tender an extension contract can be concluded with the winners for the academic years 2027 - 2028 (option period 1) and 2028 - 2029 (option period 2). The subscriber decides on the implementation of option periods 1 and 2 per sub-region three (3) months before the ongoing contract period (contract period or option period 2) end. The anticipated total value of the acquisition (VAT 0%) during the contract period is a total of approximately 300,000 euros (including option periods).
