- This is the cleaning of the sheet metal roofs (machine-seam sheet metal roof) of the Health School and other sheet metal coverings of the water ceiling level before painting, sanding/treatments/anti-rust painting of rust and damaged areas, and painting/coating of the roofs. To be painted the area of the tin roof is about 3100m2 (washed in autumn 2024). It is important that any holes that may appear in the roofs are sealed with high-quality waterproofing sealants. In addition, e.g. grommets, edge plates and screw fastenings must be checked and as necessary to be repaired. The work is done as a complete contract with materials. The contractor has the right to use a subcontractor in the contract, who must, however, be approved by the customer. cleaning up after the job. The contract includes all the necessary surface protection. The supplier undertakes to dispose of all waste generated during the contract, etc., in accordance with all official regulations. According to laboratory research, the coating of the sheet metal roof is PVDF. This means that normal paint or coating will not adhere to the old PVDF coating.
